Registration fee is $10.00, and it includes your 3lb Brisket.
Participants can pickup their meat from Thompson’s Grocery in Camargo on October 2nd or 3rd.
All cooking to be done in grilling area.
Prior marinating and dry rubs allowed.
Charcoal or gas grills.
Equipment can be unloaded at the South gate.
Juding at 3:00 pm
1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes awarded!
